Pet policy
Pets are permitted on a limited base; bookings can only be made directly with us. We do not accept bookings with pets through external booking platforms.
Guidelines for accommodating pets (these become part of the Terms and Conditions when booking the "Pet" additional service)
- Pets can only be accommodated if they behave absolutely inconspicuously. We will terminate the stay immediately if this is not the case.
- We generally require that the property be "suitable for hotel use." A blanket or bed for your pet must be brought along. Dog hair in beds or on upholstered furniture will be charged a basic cleaning fee of €250 or more for the beds or upholstery.
- Any damage, soiling, or unpleasant odors will be removed without exception by professional cleaning companies. Any nights lost due to these measures will also be charged. Your pet can therefore only be accommodated if it is absolutely discreet and quiet.
- The use of our green spaces or those of our neighbors as a dog toilet is strictly prohibited. Violations will be "repaired" by our gardener in exchange for new planting.
Baby beds / additional beds
Baby cots are available for an additional charge.
Additional beds are not available in the rooms. Please book the corresponding multi-bed room categories.
One child up to 2 years old can be accommodated in the existing beds. Furthermore, occupancy of the rooms with more guests than available beds is not permitted. We do not tolerate exceptions; please be aware that we do not tolerate overcrowding in rooms for licensing reasons.
Non smoking hotel policy
Smoking is prohibited on the premises, except in the parking lot in front of the building.
All rooms, all interior areas, and all entrances are non-smoking. We will charge a cleaning fee of at least €250 if the smell of smoke is detected in the room. Smoking on balconies is only permitted as long as it does not disturb other guests.
Late arrivals policy
Any arrivals outside of our opening hours MUST be coordinated with us as you will need further instructions how to recieve your key and we will not provide any keys in the locker without further correspondance. This service is only possible to a very limited extent and upon prior confirmation. This also may not be possible at certain times. Therefore, please ask before arrival to avoid a no show fee.
