Our daily rates can be requested on top of this website when using the calender SEARCH & BOOK.

Pet policy

Pets are allowed only in selected categories and there is a limit for the entire hotel. Therefore, please place a request before booking.

Surcharges depend on size and start from 8 EUR untill 15 EUR per day. Several breeds are not allowed in our hotel.

We do not garantue the availibility of a pet friendly room if it is not confirmed by us directly.

We generally assume "hotel suitability". You must bring a blanket or bed for your pet. Dog hair in beds or on upholstered furniture is charged with a basic cleaning fee for beds or upholstery from 250 EUR.

Baby beds / additional beds

Baby cots are available for a surcharge of EUR 10 per day. Limited availability, please request before arrival.

Additional beds in the rooms are not available.

A child up to 3 years old can be accommodated in the existing beds. In addition, it is not permitted to occupy the room with more guests than beds.

Non smoking hotel policy

All rooms and all interior areas are non-smoking areas. This serves the comfort and stay experience of all our guests. We charge a cleaning fee of at least EUR 250 if there is any smell of smoke detected in the room.

Late arrivals policy

Any arrivals outside of our opening hours MUST be coordinated with us as you will need further instructions how to recieve your key and we will not provide any keys in the locker without further correspondance. This service is only possible to a very limited extent and upon prior confirmation. This also may not be possible at certain times. Therefore, please ask before arrival to avoid a no show fee.
