Required documents for Check-in:
One of the following ducumetns MUST be provided on check-in:
- Proof o complete vacination (2nd vacination 14 days ago)
- Negatif COVID test (antigen 24 hours maximum, PCR 48 hours maximum)
- Positiv COVID test result 28 days or older or a proof of a past COVID disease
Any guest who is not able to present one of those documents on check-in will be denied to check-in. Any cancellation cost will be charged according to or no-show fee.
Are there any restrictions in operation?
No, there are no restrictions on the number of rooms that can be occupied or the number of people. Our services are offered as usual. There are only adjustments in service operations.
Do guests have to put on a mouth-nose cover?
This must be worn when entering the hotel and all public areas. The mask can be taken off at the table and in the hotel room.
Can I have breakfast on the terrace?
If the weather is good, we also offer our breakfast outside.
How is breakfast served?
Upon arrival, our guests will announce their desired breakfast time. At this time, the guests appear in the restaurant and are seated. Our usual breakfast selection is served at the table. Self-service at the buffet or walking around in the restaurant is not permitted.
Are there enough tables to keep the distance?
Thanks to our extensive restaurant area, there is enough space to maintain the recommended distance to other parties. We have reduced the tables on our terrace accordingly.
